Adding a New Project Request

Overview:

This function allows you to add new tasks/requests to projects manually into the HelpSTAR System via the project request form (shown below).

2. Project Requests Section

 

                                                            

Whenever you view the details of a request that is a child or parent request, the window will include a Project Request 

section in the left pane which will have a treeview of the parent/child structure.
