Re-Activate a Product
Overview:
This section allows you to delete or re-activate a product
that has been de-activated.
1. Ribbon Toolbar:

Manage

- Re-Activate: Re-activate a product in the HelpSTAR
system. It will now be able to be used for purchase orders, reporting,
etc.
- Delete: Delete a Product. Note: This will
permanently delete the Product from the HelpSTAR system.
- Print: Print the Product Listing/Search Result Listing
Properties

- Product Properties: View Product Properties (i.e.
Product Name, Manufacturer, Product Type, etc.).
2. Define Criteria:

Define search criteria to obtain a listing of products which you wish to
find. Search by Name, Type, Company, etc.
3. Product Listing/Search Result Listing:

When this window is first opened, a list will be populated with all products
that currently are de-activated in HelpSTAR. However, you can enter in
search criteria to narrow down the listing to products you wish to view.
Each Product listed will display the name. At the bottom left hand corner,
a count of how many products have been listed is displayed.
