About HelpSTAR
Overview:
This section allows you view key information regarding
your HelpSTAR installation.
1. About HelpSTAR
This section will display the following information:
- Current Version of HelpSTAR installed
- Access Code - The Access Code is a unique identifier (number)
for each HelpSTAR database. Please see Send Access Code for more
information.
- Customer ID for your company
Click on OK to exit this window.
2. License Info
This section will display the following information:
- License Type: indicates if your HelpSTAR installation
has been permanently or temporarily licensed.
- Package Type: indicates the package type of HelpSTAR
you are licensed for.
- Privileged User: indicates the number of privileged
users your company is licensed for and how many are currently assigned
privileges.
- Module Licenses: indicates if your company is licensed
for any of HelpSTAR additional modules

3. Installation
This section will display the installation location for HelpSTAR’s main
file directories.

4. Technical Support Information
This section will display our Technical Support contact information as well
as business hours.
