Update License
Overview:
This section allows you to update your current HelpSTAR licenses.
Updating your HelpSTAR Licenses
When your purchase order and access code have been received by HelpSTAR, we will send a DataGram to enable your license.
You must have an internet connection, and Datagrams must be turned on (the default) in System Options.
If this process fails we upload an XML file to our ftp site. You will be given login information allowing you to download this file from the site.
1. Select the Administration Tab > Update License from the Setup/Administration menu and the following window will appear:
2. Select the XML file previously saved to enable your license. Click Open.
3. HelpSTAR’s license agreement will open. Click on I Accept to finish.
