stcUserDTO Fields

The stcUserDTO type exposes the following members.

Public field JobQuota
Specifies Limit on the number of requests that a Support Rep may have In Service at one time.
When adding a new user by default JobQuota is 10.

Public field MaxPick
When a Support Rep displays requests for which he/she is the assigned rep, or which are in his/her Queues, ServicePRO presents a choice list consisting of all requests that he/she is eligible to accept.
When adding a new user by default value for MaxPick is set to 99.

Indicates user’s hourly rates information.
